**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the full import operations cycle, including SFFLA, customs clearance, costing, and billing for Import Jobs (Consol/FCL/LCL), ensuring efficiency and accuracy in execution.
- Develop and implement import strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline overall operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a seamless import process and superior customer experience.
- Prepare, review, and verify all import documentation including customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide accurate costing, billing, and payment collection support, along with timely submission of Import Consol Profiles, forecasts, budgetary plans, nomination reports, and agent analysis reports to management.
- Lead and supervise the Import team by providing direction, training, and performance support to ensure departmental goals and service standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **business, Logistics**, or a related field.
- Minimum **8 years of experience in Ocean Freight**, with at least **3 years of hands-on experience in import operations**, including SFFLA, customs clearance, and costing & billing for Import Jobs (Consol/FCL/LCL).
- In-depth knowledge of local customs regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
