**Recruitment & Selection**
- Support interview activities which include liaising with advertising and recruitment agencies for placing recruitment advertisements;
- Record keeping, Review records, and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, and resignations;
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.
**Learning & Development**
- To prepare Training Needs Analysis annually.
- To source for related training courses based on requests.
**Employee Engagement**
- Responsible for new staff engagement
**HRIS System**
- Maintain and update staff information on the HRIS system.
- Responsible for Leave system - year-end closing, etc.
**Others**
- To pick up other HR-related tasks as a backup member when the team is on leave.
**Requirements**:
- Detailed-oriented
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced computer literacy skills
