**Position : Financial Controller**

**Salary : RM 10,000 - RM 18,000**

**Working Day : Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)**

**Location : Tropicana Garden Kota Damansara**

**Summary**

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead and standardize the Group’s financial controlling practices. This role will be instrumental in implementing a structured budgetary framework, overseeing expenditure reporting, safeguarding financial claims and receipts, and ensuring accurate cost and performance accounting across multiple entities. The Financial Controller will report directly to the President’s Office and work closely with business units across jurisdictions.

**Job Scope**
- Design and implement a standardized budget planning and control framework across all subsidiaries.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and timely submission to the President’s Office.
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce internal procedures for receipt validation, cost claims, and disbursement control.
- Develop systems for accurate tracking of operating expenses, capex, and project-specific spending.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, and business heads) to ensure financial alignment and transparency.
- Implement effective controls to safeguard financial records, maintain audit readiness, and comply with accounting policies.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, or FP&A, preferably in multinational or holding structures.
- Solid understanding of budgeting systems, financial policies, and internal controls.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience working in cross-border, multi-entity structures is a plus.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month
