We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Product Support to join our team. This isn’t a typical support role — you’ll be involved in helping customers resolve issues, conducting on-site PC and printer setups, and testing our point-of-sale (POS) platform to identify bugs and suggest improvements. You’ll become the bridge between our customers and the development team, ensuring smooth product operation and helping shape what we build next.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform basic on-site hardware setup: computers, printers, barcode scanners.
- Test platform features, log bugs, and suggest usability improvements.
- Document technical setups and customer issues for internal use.
- Work closely with the development team to improve the product experience.

**You’d Be Great If You**:

- Are confident with basic PC setup, Windows systems, and common peripherals.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Love solving problems and figuring out how things work.
- Are comfortable with occasional field visits to customer sites.

**Working Hours**

We operate with two shifts to ensure our customers receive continuous support throughout the day. The shifts are as follows:

- **Shift 1**: Morning to Early Evening
- **Shift 2**: Afternoon to Late Evening

Weekend shifts are included to provide seamless coverage. Specific schedules will be assigned based on operational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
