**What you'll be doing...**

As a Site reliability Engineer team lead your role will help to support the leadership of the SaaS Product & Platform team. You also will support the delivery of Release Plans for the product ensuring that the deliverables are on time, on budget, meet the customer expectations, are of high quality, and are aligned with the enterprise architecture.
- Creating and maintaining a range of technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and online help resources.
- Distilling complex technical information into clear and understandable language suitable for various audiences, from novice users to seasoned professionals.
- Conducting thorough reviews and updates of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, incorporating best practices into your writing.
- Actively seeking and incorporating user feedback to continuously improve the quality and accessibility of our documentation.
