1. To administer day to day production planning and procurement activities, optimize sourcing and procurement of all goods and services consumed by achieving best in quality and cost.
2. To constantly execute procurement strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and potential cost down.
3. To implement best practices in procurement that call upon minimum operational cost internally and externally, establishing and maintaining good relationship with suppliers that are in the company’s interest.
4. To administer the scheduling and timeliness of production process to ensure the company meets the datelines.
5. To plan for production schedule using internal computerized MRP system and monitoring production schedule and ensure materials are adequate to achieve zero production delay, and to maintain a computerized procurement and production planning system where necessary.
6. To attend and when requested to supervise stock take inventories activities.
7. To plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is OK to try, if possess work experience as procurement or production planning will be advantaged.
- Japanese skills (N2 and above)**English Level**:
**Other Language**:
Malay, English, Japanese

**Additional Information**:
**Benefit**:

- Basic salary : RM 2,600 - RM 3,150-
- Japanese speaking allowance: RM500.00
- Transport allowance: RM175- No Medical Leave incentive RM20.00
- Bonus: once a year, depends on company and individual performance
