**Primary Objective**:

- Focus on the execution of TBML controls L1 function, and the initial assessment of identified risk indicia, and case closure where risks can be dispositioned
- Perform completion of TFCRA process (incl. liaising with RMs), and initial investigation of alerts generated
- Perform TBML controls of transaction due diligence and initial investigation on alerts generated during transaction level

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform TFCRA to identify and assess TBML risks prior to granting a trade facility to an entity, and to also assess existing trade customers for TBML risk
- Perform TBML screening pertaining Dual Usage Goods, Trade Transaction Party Assessment, Trade Finance Screening, and Trade Red Flag Checks.
- TFCRA: Trade-specific risk assessment of customers, considering geographies, goods, and counterparties they trade in / trade with
- Transactional due diligence: Pre-check controls to assess TBML related adversity at transaction-level (e.g. screening, red flags, DUG/STA checks)
- TRADE AML (L1): Execute transaction-level TBML controls, and initial investigation on alerts generate
- TFCRA ASSESSOR (L1): Perform initial completion, assessment and update of TFCRA, incl. liaising with Relationship Managers to obtain additional information needed
- To attend to Sanction and Trade AML name hit alerts generated at AML System and to clear on a daily basis
- To raise SAR if applicable and ensure its completeness before forwarding to Manager/SH TB AML Operations for review
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - A recognized bachelor degree in Finance, Banking, Business or related fields. - Those without a degree but with at least 3 years working experience in trade operations/processing may be considered.
- A recognized bachelor degree in Finance, Banking, Business or related fields
- Technically sound with minimum 2 years working experience in trade operations/processing.

In-depth knowledge of trade products and services, trade policies and procedures, including BNM rules and regulations.
