Description
As an Intern for TRMS Ops, you will be an integral part of our PTLCL Uni Service Management department. Your primary focus will be to assist the team in performing regular tasks, identifying areas for service improvement, and updating user-facing documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to reporting and data analysis, ensuring the team's operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the TRMS Ops team in their daily tasks and operations.
  • Identify potential areas for service improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Update and maintain end-user documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop efficient reporting processes.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team lead.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in trading and operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive information.
