Paralegal

**Paralegal**

To provide legal support to the Corporate, including advisory and guidance on legal risks affecting the Business and providing practical solutions to mitigate such risks; updating the Business on Changes in Law, review of general agreements, loan documents, standard templates, product terms to ensure enforceability, updates to comply with changes in law and fairness in respect of Products and Services offered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and interpretations on legislations, regulations, orders and agreements to the business units.
- Assist in providing legal solutions and directions to the business units on day-to-day issues, banking facilities, products and services.
- Keep abreast and update the relevant latest changes in laws and legislations to business units.
- Manage and assist the business units in making decision on non-legal issues that have legal implications.
- Assist in reviewing and updating the Bank’s template documents for loans/financing products, trade products and cash management services.
- Perform such duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. Degree in Law.
2. Relevant experience.
3. Strong understanding of Business/Market risks and compliance regulations.
4. Experience in reviewing business agreement and due diligence research.
5. Ability to review legal, compliance documents and assess the qualitative/quantitative terms of the business impact.
6. Strong initiative and motivation in working in a fast-paced, flexible, robust environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
