**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- At least **2 years of experience** in an executive assistant, secretarial, or administrative role.
- Strong **organizational and time-management skills** to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and **Google Suite**.
- Able to travel locally and internationally as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in the **travel, hospitality, or event management** industry is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain **high levels of confidentiality and discretion** in all business matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide and maintain a **full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support**, including appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.
- Arrange and coordinate **internal and external business meetings**, industry events, and networking engagements.
- Prepare and organize **meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups** for discussions with suppliers, clients, and business partners.
- Assist in **business negotiations** and discussions, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared in advance.
- Act as a **liaison** between the Managing Director and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Maintain an **effective filing system** for documents, contracts, and reports.
- Prepare and manage correspondences for **Managing Director’s approval and signature**, summarizing key points when necessary.
- **Travel with the Managing Director** for business meetings and site visits with suppliers and partners.
- Ensure **confidentiality** in handling sensitive company information and executive-level decisions.
