**Administration & General Affairs**:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
- Plan and streamline all administrative procedures.
- Manage personnel scheduling and project deadlines.
- Monitor office inventory and organizational costs
- Encourage effective communication across the organization.
- Project Management: They may be responsible for overseeing various administrative projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Problem Solving: They play a key role in troubleshooting administrative issues and finding solutions to improve office operations. Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and IT equipment (Printer/ Photostat Machine)
- Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees
- Vendor Management: They may work with external vendors for services and supplies, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality. (Verifying on Company Tenant Agreement/ Agreement with vendor)
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
