**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials to retail employees including customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Observe and report the daily operations of outlet employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
- Work as communicator between the trainees, managers, PIC to ensure training objectives are understood and supported.
- Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
- Conduct on-site training sessions to familiarize new staff with outlet layout, menu, and operational procedures specific to the new outlet.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned by superior and the management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess own transport and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible, self-starter who can perform with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to plan, multi-tasking, flexible and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal, instructional, presentation, and critical thinking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
