- To produce 3D artist impression, shop drawings, construction drawings, as-built drawings as and when required.
- Technical input and detail study on the construction/ tender drawing issued by client/ consultant, provide technical input and value engineering for ID Fit out / MEP Works.
- To understand material characteristic and assist the Client/Consultant/Project Manager in sourcing for suitable sample/specification and seeking for approval where applicable or beneficial to the project.
- To prepare or involve in preparing quotation within company target margin.

- To assist in Project Handover, O&M, As-Built and V.O. requirements on a need basis.

- **Job Requirements**:_
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture
- Minimum 1 year experience in Interior Design industry.
- Experience in using Autocad, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup, etc
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, under minimum supervision
- Able to take lead/handle assigned projects

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
