We are currently looking for a few passionate and experienced
**Telesales** with multilingual abilities
- **English **AND

You need to have knowledge of
**sales conversion, sales retention,** and
**customer service best practices**. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

**You will play an important role in**
- Developing trust and rapport with newly registered clients of the company.
- Converting to funded accounts by developing a strong relationship through frequent communication.
- Up-selling benefits and advantages of trading with the client.
- Raising awareness of product diversification, promotional offers, campaigns, account types & packages, as well risks and rewards associated with trading leveraged products.
- Managing clients' expectations, listen to customers' requirements and present the best possible solution in accordance with the company’s product and services offering.
- Performing other duties which commensurate with this position.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**

***
- At least a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Similar experience in** online trading **or a** retail financial environment** are preferred.
- Knowledge of sales conversion, sales retention, and customer service best practices.
- ** Good interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- Good command of **English & Thai, **both spoken and written.
- ** Local Malaysian only.**:

- ** Flexible and adaptive to changes**, quick to learn, and proactive.
