**About the role**

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of innovative business technologies, is seeking a talented Product Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, offering an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our diverse product portfolio.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Developing effective marketing campaigns, content, and collateral to promote our products and services.
- Collaborating with the sales team to align product positioning and messaging.
- Monitoring and analysing product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
- Providing input to the product development team to enhance existing offerings and identify new opportunities.
- Organising product launch events and trade show participation to generate brand awareness.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and identifying opportunities for innovation.

**What we're looking for**
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or a related field within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, and campaign development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing automation tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
