Responsibility:

- Greeting customers and directing them to an available service advisor or technician.
- Maintaining customer records.
- Write a simple repair report according to supervisor/service advisor order & estimating the price summary.
- Scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Assist in & out of stock used by the service advisor.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- To practice workshop cleanliness and safety rules.
- To find and source for spare parts.
- Other assignments instructed by the management from time to time.
- Conduct sales activities and fulfill customer orders through e-commerce (e-commerce sales)
- Data entry
