**Job description**

**Primary Purpose and Scope**
- Patient registration, prescriptions preparation, dispensing medicines
- Assist doctors in procedure
- Coordinate patient care at the clinic.
- Order and keep stock of medication and manage clinic tasks
- Manage daily clinic operations, filing system, and cleanliness
- Liaise with doctors and patients in making appointments
- To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tallied with the taking before closing accounts.
- To manage clinic administration work and the company's online system
- Medical students is welcome to apply provide hand on training

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Can speak and write in English and Malay. Mandarin is a added point
- No experience is required, provide training
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, honest, punctual, positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,500 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift -weekdays 8am-5pm, weekend 8am to 3pm
- One week one day off, part time flexible

**Education**:

- at least SPM
- medical student are welcome to get some hand on experience

Age: 18-35 years old

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
