As a **Retail Outlet Supervisor**, you will have full control over one of Aihome’s outlets, leading your team to achieve exceptional results, enhancing brand awareness, and delivering a superior customer experience.

- Plaza Low Yat
- Paradigm Mall (Johor Bahru)

**What You’ll Do**:
- Take full ownership of your assigned retail outlet, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and train retail team members, sharing product knowledge, especially in **smart home solutions and smart home integration**.
- Drive sales growth by setting performance goals, coaching the team, and monitoring KPI achievement.
- Maintain outlet standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Strategize to maximise ROI, gross profit, and overall outlet performance.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and loyalty.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and campaigns to strengthen **brand awareness**.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and leadership teams to align retail operations with business objectives.
- **Achieve KPIs tied to outlet performance**, with opportunities for **profit-sharing based on results**.
**What You Bring**:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail management, outlet supervision, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide a sales team.
- Deep understanding of **smart home solutions** and ability to train team members effectively.
- Business-minded, with focus on ROI, gross profit, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passionate about technology, branding, and creating exceptional in-store experiences.
