What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with management to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements
