**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and organized **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at our HQ. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day activities on-site, with a focus on vehicle handling, customer service, and operational coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the daily operations at the HQ premises.
- Oversee the safe storage, movement, and arrangement of all vehicles on-site.
- Ensure all vehicles under our care are properly tracked, maintained, and secured.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers visiting our premises.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide service support, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for car deliveries, pickups, inspections, and servicing.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all vehicles and customer interactions.
- Enforce safety standards and cleanliness across the facility.
- Support management with operational planning and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operational, logistics, or customer service supervisory role (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to handle high-value vehicles with care and professionalism.
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive with good problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Possess a valid driving license (D class) with clean driving record.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
