Job Requirements: -Communicate with Assistant Operation Supervisor/Batching Plant Operator to establish delivery schedules according to several factors, such as truck capacities, distances to delivery site, customer requirements and unloading time. -Coordinate resources planning with Assistant Operation Supervisor/Batching Plant Operator (Raw Materials, Manpower, Facility & Process). -Site cube and report arrangements. -Monitor design mix, cube strength and quality. -Attend to client’s site if got any enquiries. -Organize weekly meeting with production and logistic workers. -Review report submitted by production and logistic workers and report during management meeting. -Physical stock checking and plant maintenance checking with Assistant Operation Supervisor/Batching Plant Operator -Design necessary procedures/schedule for production and logistic workers. Monitor production and logistic workers by doing evaluation from time-to-time. --Follow up with CREAM/IMS/SS EN206 certification issue.
