- Experience: 3 years and above
- Age: 25 to 30 years
- Education: Diploma level
- With experience in air-conditioning installation/service & maintenance of electrical work
- Hard working willing to work extra hours and responsible
- Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds
- To perform maintenance repairs and services. To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of air conditioning and other facility equipment.
- Perform general maintenance work **(PPM & Troubleshoot)**:

- Willing to travel as and required
