Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Role Summary

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that all test results for production materials and samples are accurately recorded and reported. The role requires strict adherence to established procedures and close attention to detail to support overall product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and sampling of production materials, packaging materials, and film materials.
  • Perform required tests and examinations to support technical testing activities.
  • Record, analyse, and input test data into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc test reports following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and good housekeeping in the designated QC work area.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates with prior Quality Control or laboratory testing experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum SKM Level 3, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Strong discipline, responsibility, and work ethic.
  • Willing and able to work in a challenging environment that requires precision and consistency.

Working Hours

  • 12-hour shift: 7.00 am – 7.00 pm / 7.00 pm – 7.00 am
  • 5 working days with 2 off days per week (based on duty roster)
  • Willingness to work additional hours when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
