The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing CCTV and electronic security system projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all CCTV/ELV works are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards while meeting operational and security requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage CCTV installation, upgrading, and integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
- Oversee site works, including cabling, installation of cameras, NVRs/DVRs, network switches, servers, control room setup, and system integration.
- Monitor and manage project costs, progress, and timelines to avoid overruns.
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Prepare project documentation/reports.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and final handover of CCTV systems with proper training and documentation for end-users.
- Manage and supervise technical teams, providing leadership, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in CCTV and electronic security systems/ELV.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP/analog), VMS, access control, networking, and system integration.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
