Assist the outlet manager to oversee the daily operations of the theme park, ensuring smooth functionality across all departments, including attractions, ticketing, customer service, housekeeping, and recreation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily Operations Management**: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all operational departments to ensure seamless park functions.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high performance standards.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- **Customers Experience**: Address customers enquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance visitor satisfaction.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**: Oversee stock levels and coordinate procurement to ensure all departments are adequately supplied.
- **Staff Coordination**: Collaborate with the HR department to manage staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on operational performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure that all HR-related documentation, such as contracts and performance evaluations, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Policy Implementation**: Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with HR guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Recreation, Park Management or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the leisure, f&b, theme park, or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and administration tasks.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; willing to work on Weekends and PH.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
