**Job Overview**

We are looking for a hands-on and service-driven Assistant Floor Manager to support daily operations at our restaurant. You’ll be assisting the Floor Manager in overseeing the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service flow, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect the quality and reputation of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Lead and supervise service crew during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Support in staff scheduling, training, and floor assignments.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the dining area at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting as required.
- Uphold company SOPs and promote a positive working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to handle high-pressure environments and multitask efficiently.
- Good communication in **English** and Mandarin
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
