Floor Manager Job Description
- The day-to-day operations of the restaurant's food and beverage department come under the scope of the floor manager. The Floor Manager will be in charge of private parties, dining, other events, and the hiring, training, and management of restaurant employees. Directly answering to the general manager, this position also includes working with the bar manager.

Floor Manager Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Leading and managing service operations
- Ensuring sales are always met and proper efforts and measures are being taken to achieve those targets
- Ensuring proper training of employees
- Formulating work schedules
- Maintaining good customer and public relations within the clients
- Ensuring proper compliance with cash control procedures, and performs related accounting and administrative reports as required
- Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Inspect Open/Close restaurant in accordance with daily checklists
- Manage stock inventory and other relevant Standard Operating Procedure paperwork
- Able to work under pressure, able to assist and handle conflicts and assuring service and customers are always maintained at a professional level

Floor Manager Job Requirements
- Experienced in restaurant, bar or nightclub services and operations with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Wine/whiskey or alcohol servicing experience will be appreciated
- Individuals who are driven and organized
- Applicant must be able to take instructions and work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed
- Able to build rapport with customers
- Able to speak and understand English Language/ Bahasa Melayu. Any other added language will be an advantage
- Applicant must be willing to work in any area that offers alcohol.

**Salary**: From RM4,500.00 per month
