**About the Roles**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team and play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives. This results-oriented position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads, convert them into sales, and establish a strong brand presence across B2C sales and digital marketing channels.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to** drive business growth, focusing on both B2C sales and digital marketing channels.
- **Manage social media platforms (**e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to create and schedule engaging content, build brand awareness, and foster meaningful interactions with followers. Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategy.
- **Collaborate closely with internal teams** (e.g., design, sales) to create compelling marketing materials, develop targeted campaigns, and execute strategic promotions that align with brand messaging and overall marketing goals.
- **Conduct market research and analyze customer** insights to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Leverage this knowledge to optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- **Track and report on key marketing and sales performance metrics** to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
**Experience/Skills Required**:
- Minimum 2-3 of experience in sales and/or marketing, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and developing effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales principles and digital marketing best practices (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in social media management tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyse, and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance.
- A collaborative and team-oriented work ethic with a passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
**Additional Assets**:
1. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
3. Knowledge of graphic design principles a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
