Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
Communication Handling
Confidentiality
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Accompanying to Meeting and Events
- Organize and prepare for meeting including taking minutes, following up on any action points.
- Attend important meeting and events with the CEO to provide immediate support.
Anticipating Needs
- Staying one step ahead by knowing CEO schedule, preference and priorities.
