・Communicate with customers on pricing, products technical information, quality problem etc
・Negotiate for best term with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
・Ensure all shipments are sufficiently insured against marine risks
・Process customers’ orders & quotations
・Prepare and ensure shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, packing list, Certificate of Origin, Marine Insurance policy, Bill of lading, covering letter, Form D are in order.
・Closely monitor and follow-up payment from customers
・Coordinate shipping arrangements.
・Report abnormalities and propose counter-measures
・Carry out any other duties as instructed by superiors

**Requirement**:
・ Education Background: Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing
・ Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of similar working experience in Export sales
・ Knowledge of Incoterms
