**Company Background**:
Our client is a food manufacturing company, which is based in Malaysia. Headquarters in Johor Bahru. It operates in the Cookie and Cracker Manufacturing industry.
- Provide support to the planning team in executing production and material planning activities.
- Assist in tracking raw material inventory and ensuring the timely availability of purchased items to meet production timelines.
- Generate and maintain essential inventory reports, including stock movement, aging, and turnover data.
- Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Aid in forecasting purchase requirements and communicating with suppliers to avoid delays and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Support the documentation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal planning records.
- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as directed by supervisors or management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Open to fresh graduates; prior internship experience in supply chain or planning is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in production planning, supply chain, or operations.

**Salary Range: RM3500 - RM4000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
