**Working day**: Monday to Friday

**Working hour**: 8am - 7 pm (Break: 11:30am - 1pm)

**Job Scope**:

- **Homework Assistance**:Guide students through their homework, ensuring they understand classroom material and complete assignments effectively.
- **Individualized Support**: Create tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- **Classroom Management**:Maintain a positive, focused, and orderly classroom environment.
- **Parent Communication**:Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to enhancing overall teaching quality.
- **Assessment Preparation**: Conduct regular quizzes or mock exams to support exam readiness.

**Job Requirement**:

- Have at least SPM or above (with or without experience, on-the-job training is provided)
- Annual performance bonus provided
- Initial training will be provided; after two weeks, tasks will transition to on-the-job training (OJT)
- Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- Strong communication skills.
