About the Role

Eureka Perling Enterprise is seeking a passionate and dedicated Tuition Teacher to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor.

As a Tuition Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational support and personalised guidance to students, helping them achieve academic excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver engaging and effective tuition lessons to students of various ages and academic levels.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and actionable guidance to enhance student performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest educational trends, curriculum standards, and best teaching practices.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply — comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify and address learning challenges.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
