We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our growing team at SHUXIN LEARNING CENTER SDN. BHD. in Mount Austin, Johor. As a full-time teacher, you will play a key role in guiding and inspiring young learners to reach their full academic and personal potential.

What You'll Be Doing / 主要职责

  • Teach subjects such as Chinese, English, Malay, Mathematics, and Science based on your expertise.

    根据教师专长,教授中文、英文、马来文、数学及科学等科目。
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse learning needs of students.

    设计并实施有趣且多元化的教学方案,满足不同学生的学习需求。
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.

    评估学生的学习进度,并给予有针对性的反馈与指导。
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

    建立积极、包容且启发思考的课堂氛围,培养学生的合作与探究精神。
  • Work closely with colleagues to enhance teaching quality and share best practices.

    与同事协作,共同提升教学质量,分享优质教学经验。
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.

    负责学生成绩、出勤及课堂记录的整理与管理。
  • Participate in planning and organizing school-based learning activities and programs.

    参与策划与执行各类教学活动与院内项目。

What We're Looking For / 任职要求

  • Education 学历要求: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field(教育类专业优先,但非必要)。

    任何专业的文凭或学士学位皆可,教育相关背景者优先。有兴趣SPM 毕业生可尝试申请。
  • Experience 工作经验: 有1年教学经验者更佳,但欢迎应届毕业生加入,我们重视潜力与热情。
  • We are looking for teachers who can teach in Chinese (Mandarin) and are able to communicate in English and Malay.

    我们正在寻找能够使用中文(华语)授课,并具备英文与马来文沟通能力的教师。

A genuine passion for teaching, love for children, and an energetic, outgoing personality.
