**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a vital role in the efficient functioning of the warehouse by managing inventory and packing parcels for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspecting contents for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound parcels, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and update stock records.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate order fulfillment and shipment schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of packing materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including stock management and order fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Proficiency in using computers and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
