Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.).
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM or Diploma in Business Administration/related field.
- At least1 year experience in reception/customer service.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable and have multitasking abilities.
- Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
