**Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Sales Performance** - Work towards achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across platforms.
- **Plan and Host TikTok Live Sessions** - Prepare content, scripts, and materials for live sessions that are engaging and result-driven, while actively interacting with viewers.
- **Support Sales Strategy Development** - Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
- **Analyze Performance Metrics** - Monitor and review live and platform data (views, engagement, sales performance) to identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaborate Across Teams** - Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and promotions.
- **Stay Updated with Trends** - Keep up with current trends, customer preferences, and industry updates to remain relevant and competitive.
