**Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Progression-Based Role)**

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals ready to start from the ground up and rise into leadership. This role is designed for future Area Sales Managers who are willing to prove themselves in the field first, build a high-performing sales team, and take ownership of an entire territory.

**What You'll Do**

Begin by mastering direct sales through face-to-face interaction

Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets

Start building and training your own sales team

Take full ownership of a specific area, leading your team to hit branch-level goals

Represent the company in local meetings, recruitment drives, and management calls

Strong leadership potential and work ethic

Willing to start on the ground (no shortcuts)

Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills

**Career Progression**

Week 1-4: Learn the sales system and become a top performer

Month 2-3: Begin mentoring junior team members

Month 4-6: Build and manage your own team

Month 6+: Secure Area Sales Manager title run your own unit, lead your own branch
