**Role Overview**

As the **Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition**, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for Malaysia. You will manage a team of 7-8 recruiters and work closely with business leaders to ensure hiring goals are met with high-quality talent, especially in the **Financial Services**and **Consulting**sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of 7-8 recruiters, driving performance and capability development.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver on hiring targets.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles, especially in financial and consulting domains.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Capgemini as an employer of choice in Malaysia.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **15 years of experience**in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience hiring in **Financial Services**, **Consulting**, and **Technology Services**industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Exposure to regional or APAC hiring.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Passion for building high-performing teams and driving innovation in hiring.
