2) You would oversee the implementation of training programs on the Kademy platform. This involves organizing and scheduling training sessions, managing participant records, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, and providing guidelines for trainers and learners on accessing and navigating the online platform.

3) As a Training Officer, you would provide support and training to instructors who will be facilitating the outdoor learning programs. This may involve conducting orientation sessions, providing guidance on instructional techniques, and offering resources to enhance their teaching skills in an online environment.

4) You would be a point of contact for learners participating in the outdoor learning programs. Your role would involve addressing their queries, providing technical assistance, and guiding them through the learning process on the Kademy platform. This would ensure a positive learning experience for all participants.

5) You would monitor the progress and performance of trainers and learners in the outdoor learning programs. This includes tracking their engagement, assessing their performance through assessments or feedback mechanisms, and providing guidance or support as needed to ensure the effective delivery of the programs.

6) As a Training Officer, you would contribute to the continuous improvement of Kademy's training programs and platform. This involves gathering feedback from trainers and learners, analysing data on program effectiveness, and collaborating with the curriculum development and technical teams to implement necessary enhancements.

7) It is crucial for a Training Officer to stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technology in online education and outdoor learning. This may involve attending professional development sessions, researching best practices, and incorporating innovative instructional strategies to keep the training programs relevant and effective.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
