**Job Descriptions**:

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to assist in the preparation of various reports, including sales performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Assist in the creation, review, and management of contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain and organize sales records, customer information, and other relevant documentation in an efficient and accessible manner.
- Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Prepare sales-related materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Keep sales documentation organized and up to date, including contracts, pricing agreements, and sales proposals.
- Provide ad hoc support to other departments as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum STPM or a diploma in Business Studies or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the consumer goods/FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential computer skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, a team player, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in reporting and letter writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
