Responsible for ensuring that their staff are aware, and comply with the information security Management system requirements. 13. Notify IT Department about staff changes affecting computer access (e.g. job function changes/leaving department or organization), so that user or system accounts may be modified, suspended or deleted to reflect the changes. 14. Ensure that all assets are returned to their custody when a member of staff moves/leaves their department. 15. Maintain a record of information assets that all their staff have this includes access to systems and also equipment. 16. Ensure that all current and future staff are trained in their security responsibilities. 17. Ensure that key documentation is maintained for all critical job functions to ensure continuity in the event of individual unavailability.
