**Responsibilities**
**1)** **Customer Inquiry Management**
**2) Appointment Scheduling**
Arrange and manage customer appointments for consultations, installations, or other services as required.
**3) Sales Closing**
Persuasively guide customers through the purchasing process to close sales. Ensure a seamless and satisfying buying experience.
**4) Order Management**
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
**5) Delivery Order (DO) Preparation**:
Prepare and manage delivery orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
**6) Customer Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
**7) Sales Reporting**:
Keep track of sales metrics and provide regular reports to the sales manager. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in online sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
