**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible in assist Contract Executive in prepare purchase order / Contracts to subcontractor
- To update, maintain, filling & scan the Contract Documents / Purchase order (subcon), Payment certificate, Po from Client, LOC, Invoice & others
- Perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system are implemented in the tendering & contract department.
- To do monthly summary report
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Responsible for prepare document as per ISO requirement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Utilities Services or relevant fields.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Utility Services.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 is add advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
