We are setting up our Johor office and looking for talents to join our team

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Telemarketing.
- Handle all online customers enquiries.
- Answering phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule appointments for customer.
- Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly.
- Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Other ad-hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in telemarketing and customer service in beauty industry.
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work with people across different levels.
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
- Pleasant disposition & energy to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Committed, reliable & takes pride in work.
- Working hours are 1030am to 8pm.
- Work from home currently until JB office is setup.
