**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport the Director, employees, and clients to designated locations, including official meetings, appointments, etc.
- Ensure timely transportation by planning routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and appointment schedules to minimize delays.
- Conduct regular inspections, keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior), ensure it is serviced and maintained in optimal condition, and promptly report any repair or maintenance needs.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as required while ensuring safe handling.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle service schedules.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of the Director’s activities, schedule, and conversations while consistently demonstrating a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Carry out instructions from management and assist in other assigned tasks as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must hold the appropriate class of license for the vehicle type with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of proven driving experience, preferably in a similar role (corporate or company driver).
- Minimum SPM (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safe driving practices, and local traffic patterns.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or navigation apps.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively and navigate local areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, courteous behavior, and trustworthiness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
