**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute live streaming events, including scheduling, setup, and technical coordination.
- Manage all aspects of the live stream production, from pre-event preparations to post-event evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of content and technical elements.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during live broadcasts, ensuring mínimal disruption to the audience experience.
- Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and presenters to ensure their needs are met and that the content aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in live streaming to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our broadcasts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing the entire live stream process, including technical setup, event coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Proficiency with live streaming platforms and software, such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly resolve issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and professionalism in all aspects of live stream production.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live event schedules.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as media production, communications, or broadcasting.
- Previous experience working in a live event production environment, such as broadcast television, sports, or entertainment.
- Certification or training in live streaming technology or production techniques.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams for live stream production.
- Knowledge of copyright and licensing regulations related to live streaming content.
