Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads materials across digital placements such as Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to maintain online brand presence and drive sales based on trend and insights
- Design strategies to achieve campaign objective, track campaign results and make constant improvements and optimization
- Set up campaigns and drive various marketing approaches for different audience segments
- Create and run A/B tests to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations for campaigns at every step of the process.
- Lead process on creative optimization and updates on campaign performance with internal brand team
- Track & report on key metrics for every campaign with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions
- Stay current on Digital Marketing Channel best practices and share learnings with team/key stakeholders to continually improve
- Build and maintain ecommerce website starting with product creation and overall management of backend platforms
- Liaise with internal brand and marketing teams to execute digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
**Requirements**:
- Working experience in digital marketing and preferably in roles managing or executing digital performance marketing
- Basic understanding/hands-on knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, ecommerce and CMS would be an advantage
- Strong copywriting skills are required
- Good understanding of digital advertising tools, platforms and reporting
