As we expand our international presence, we're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager / Video Editor — a creative powerhouse who can shape our digital brand identity, produce compelling visual stories, and drive impactful marketing campaigns across global platforms.

This is a remote-first position with flexible hours, perfect for a self-motivated, creative, and tech-savvy professional. Occasional visits to our Singapore office may be required.


What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of Shape Optics' digital storytelling and brand experience through engaging visuals and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns (EDMs, social media, and website).

  • Create cohesive brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.

  • Video Production

  • Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality videos — from short-form Reels/TikToks to product showcases and corporate stories.

  • Capture and edit photography and motion graphics for website and promotional use.
  • Maintain a digital portfolio of completed projects and creative concepts.

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Design and schedule 2–3 engaging posts weekly for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Identify trending topics and create relevant content to boost brand visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and online community engagement (DMs, comments).

  • Creative Strategy & SEO Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with SEO, website, and content marketing strategies.

  • Support ad campaigns with creative assets and data-driven video variations.
  • Continuously explore new editing tools, AI features, and visual trends.
  • Support sales and applications teams by providing technical input for customer proposals.

Who You Are

A creative storyteller with a strong sense of visual design, marketing intuition, and technical editing ability. You thrive at the intersection of creativity and data-driven strategy.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Media, Communications, Film, Design, or Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of experience in video editing, digital content creation, or marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or CapCut.
  • Skilled in both photography and videography (product and lifestyle).
  • Strong understanding of social media storytelling, composition, and brand voice.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven — able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with short-form content trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Singaporean, PR, or Johor-based candidates preferred.
