Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing performance data, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.) including content planning, posting, and audience interaction.
  • Create and edit short-form video and visual content aligned with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) when necessary.
  • Track marketing KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, conversion rate, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics), and basic content editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere).
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and short-video ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
